Many people have personal holo-screens that display images or footage from Earth, while others use them to view movies or play video games. Cinematic lighting is used extensively throughout the planet, both inside and outside homes. This creates an otherworldly atmosphere that many Martians find comforting after a long day exploring the red desert landscape outside their front doorsteps.
