The Martian landscape is vast and empty, but that doesn't mean there isn't plenty of interesting architecture to be found. Martian architecture is all about function over form, with most buildings being designed to withstand the harsh conditions of the planet. However, there are still plenty of beautiful and unique structures to be found scattered across the surface. One of the most popular types of Martian architecture is the domed city. These massive dome-shaped structures protect their inhabitants from the harsh environment outside, while also providing a comfortable and pleasant place to live. There are many different designs for domed cities, each one tailored to the needs of its residents. Another common type of Martian architecture is the space station. These massive structures are designed for long-term habitation in space, and as such are often very spacious and well-equipped. Space stations typically have large windows that offer stunning views of the stars outside.
