Martian Meditation 11

The Martians sit in silence, their minds clear and focused. They are meditating in the temple, a sacred place where they can commune with the universe. The temple is filled with a soft light, and the air is thick with incense. The Martians sit cross-legged on cushions, their eyes closed and their hands resting lightly on their knees. They breathe deeply and slowly, letting go of all thoughts and concerns. For this moment, they are one with the cosmos. They feel the energy of Mars flowing through them, connecting them to all life in the universe. The minutes tick by as they focus on their breath. In and out...inhale...exhale...soon they reach a state of deep relaxation. Their body feels heavy but calm, and their minds are at peace. This is what it means to be truly alive: to be present in each moment, to be connected to all that exists.
