Martian Rainforest 41

The round, blue and white flowers of the orchid sway in the rainforest, their petals outlined in light and shadow. The trees are alive with color, their leaves a vivid green against the dark earth. The ground is covered in a thick layer of moss, soft to the touch. Above, the sky is a deep blue, dotted with white clouds. It was like being in another world; one that was more real than anything on Earth. The detail was incredible; you could see every individual leaf on the trees, and the flowers were so realistic they looked like they would reach out and touch you. Even the air had a different quality to it; it was lighter, almost electric.
