Once upon a time, in the far-off reaches of outer space, there was a curious little Martian who loved exploring and learning about all kinds of new things.

One day this Martian discovered something amazing - or at least it seemed that way to him! It was an old one hundred dollar bill with his own face on it! He couldn't believe how strange yet exciting this discovery was; what did he have anything to do with currency?

Determined as ever, the resourceful alien grabbed the note and took off for home--but then got distracted by some passing asteroids along the way. After quite awhile spent chasing shimmers through starry skies (and nearly being eaten by several hungry orbiting moons), our wearied traveler returned safely back home but found himself completely broke...which brings us right up to where we began: holding onto that single 100 dollar bill bearing its lucky owner's cute cartoonish mugshot.

The Martian never had any luck turning their newfound wealth into actual money so they kept their most prized possession around just like when they first discovered it -- except now it serves more purpose than simply reminding them of random adventures across galaxies long gone past.
